DEVICE COMPATIBILITY CHECK
Checking If Your Device Works with jom98
Most current smartphones and tablets handle the mobile lobby without issues. The checklist below covers the key access requirements. If anything on your device does not match, the account help section can walk you through the fix.
Screen layout response
The lobby layout is built for screens from compact phones to tablets. Portrait and landscape both work; the game grid and betslip reflow to fit whichever orientation you use.
Account requirements
A verified jom98 account is required to access real-money tables and the sportsbook. Account verification is done once through the profile section before your first deposit.
Region and law check
Access to the platform depends on local law and is available where local law permits. Check that your region is supported before attempting to log in or deposit.
Currently supported devices
To confirm whether your specific device model is on the supported list, open a live chat session with account help — the team can verify compatibility in real time.
CORE MOBILE CAPABILITIES
Four Things the App Does Well
Each feature below is part of how jom98 is built for mobile-first access. These are the details that matter when you are switching between a live table and a crash game on a smaller screen.
Fingerprint Login
Skip the password every time. Once enabled in your account settings, a single fingerprint tap brings you straight to the lobby without re-entering credentials.
Push Notifications
Wallet updates and account alerts come through as push notifications on supported browsers, so you know the moment a Boost or Touch 'n Go eWallet deposit clears.
Dark Mode Layout
The interface switches to a darker colour scheme automatically on devices that have dark mode enabled, reducing eye strain during longer sessions at night.
Offline Lobby Preview
Even on a weak connection, the lobby shell loads from cache so you can browse game categories and check the sportsbook markets before your data reconnects fully.
What the jom98 Mobile Experience Delivers
Open jom98 on your phone browser and the lobby reshapes itself to fit your screen — no pinching, no side-scroll. Live Dragon Tiger and Gold Roulette load at the same stream quality you get on desktop. The betslip for Football Sportsbook stays pinned at the bottom so you can track Liga Super Malaysia or English Premier League markets without scrolling back up.
Push notifications let you know when your account wallet is updated after a Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost deposit confirms. Fingerprint login shortens the sign-in step to a single touch. Quick deposit keeps your GrabPay or DuitNow flow inside the same screen rather than bouncing you to a separate page.
Mobile Access in Three Steps
There is no separate file to download and no app store listing required. Access works entirely through your phone browser. Players in Subang Jaya and across Malaysia reach the full lobby using this path. Start with Chrome or Safari on your device — both handle the responsive layout without any additional setup. Make sure your browser is current; an outdated version can
prevent the live stream from loading correctly. Once you are signed in, add the site to your home screen using your browser's 'Add to Home Screen' option for one-tap access on return visits. Your account session carries over automatically so you do not need to log in again each time.
- Open the current site — Visit jom98 in Chrome or Safari on your phone. The layout adjusts to your screen size automatically — no settings to change.
- Check browser compatibility — Confirm your browser is up to date. Go to your device settings, find the browser app, and install any pending updates before launching the lobby.
- Sign in securely — Enter your account credentials or use fingerprint login if you have already enabled it. An OTP may be sent to your registered number as a second verification step.
- Add to home screen — Tap your browser's share or menu icon and select 'Add to Home Screen'. This creates a shortcut that opens jom98 directly without typing the address each visit.
